Amazon Subscribe & Save
With Subscribe & Save, you'll score free standard shipping on auto-deliveries (non-Prime customers may incur shipping costs for the first delivery).
You can also cancel your subscriptions easily in your Amazon account without being penalized. That means if you’re just wanting to snag a deal for the low price but don’t want the subscription, you can cancel it right after you receive your order.
Also, you can unlock extra savings on select subscriptions by clipping coupons, and you can save an extra 15% instead of the regular 5% off all items in your subscription whenever you add 5 or more eligible items to your monthly subscriptions.
NOTE - In advance of each delivery, Amazon will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery. The price of the item may decrease or increase from delivery to delivery, depending on the Amazon.com price of the item at the time they process your order.
Great price! Last night, I paid $8.00 for the 175 piece all sour mix at Kmart. Needed to send to school today. Will grab this one for trick or treaters. Thanks!
Perfect! You’re welcome, Tia!
This is a new wrinkle with Subscribe & Save for me – “The price of your subscription may change based on the price of the item(s) in your order at the time the order is processed.” I have never gotten that message before.
Oh I have given up with subscribe and save, amazon overcharged me by an astronomical amount because of that, and that message was never there before, and I have noticed if you move your subscription to say the next month, your coupons won’t carry over, and if you don’t notice you will def get a credit card bill you did not expect. I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to, I don’t think it is fair practice to not charge the person the price of the day they ordered it along with any coupon savings regardless of when it has shipped etc.
Realized my subscribe and save order would have come AFTER halloween, albeit with an awesome price — check your dates!
Thanks for the warning, Rachel!
So you are saying they can change the price on the invoice/order. Ex.. I order drink mix for 5 dollars on the 30th and that is what my order invoice shows but it does not ship until the 5th of the next month and the item price has gone up to 7 dollars. They can go back and change my invoice to 7 dollars? Confused.. I did not think they could change the orders.
Yes – I went back & looked at some Tetra Min fish food I had in my box last month, it was supposed to be $6 & it charged at $9
Yep same thing happened to me, personally I think that should be illegal but what do I know. I had baby formula at a price of 79.97 with a 35% coupon and what do you know the coupon magically disappeared.
With Subscribe & Save, they send me out an email if price changes. If there is a price change on my ‘save for later’ or a ‘Widh List’ item, I am notified at checkout time.
I agree that it seems unfair to switch prices after the price possibly being a selling point yet, I figure that the individual merchants used the lower price to reel us in and just like sales, after they got us it’s thru our diligence that we discover these and by our continued sale or discontinued sales, we talk back.
I’ve dropped several items that would have been a monthly sale because of price increases.
