I was at my Walgreens yesterday in Mooresville NC (near Charlotte) and they had some school stuff 50% off. I didn’t need the pens, pencils or folders, but the $4.99 pop sockets got me!

Our schools started in mid August and neither Walmart or Target has school supplies marked down yet. Does anyone know when they’ll start? Target had a ton left!
In previous years, Target has started its school clearance around Sept 10th. I’m sure Walmart won’t be far behind, Melissa!
My target in NC had an entire shelf of 30% off folders yesterday, but all other school supplies were full price still. I thought it was odd.
One of our local Walmart’s clearanced school supplies weeks ago, I missed out on everything, the other Walmart the next town over started clearancing this week, it was hit and miss, very unorganized and not labeled but I was able to get some 10c folders and 50c fiskars kid scissors

Today my Walmart they had .10 crazy art 2 pack glue sticks and .75 mead primary journals (half sheets lined for writing practice). I didnt have time to check for more. So some definitely are clearancing now.

My walgreens had school supplies marked 50% off today. I got two five star college ruled notebooks 7 in. X 4 3/8 (regular price is $4.99 each) (100 pages) which was 50% for school clearance and on top it was buy 1 get 1 50% so I only paid $3.74 for both.

Staples too! North NJ Target and Staples still selling at back to school prices but dwindling stock. I’m thinking there won’t be a clearance. They’re just moving the stuff back to the stationary isle.
