When does the rewards points applies? During check out?
From the cart, click Proceed to Checkout, then complete your shipping info. On the third screen, you’ll complete your payment method. You can apply your points on that screen right above the credit card input.

Hi, Sam! Are you saying that you don’t see where the $10 rewards show in your account or you can’t find where to apply them? To see your rewards, click on the link above to take you to the Rewards Home page. Once you have verified your account, you’ll see them right on that page. To see where to apply your rewards, it’s on the 3rd screen of checkout just after your shipping info. Under payment method, you can enter the exact reward dollar amount you’d like to use in the “rewards applied” field. It is still working for me as of 6PM CT.

For shipping information in your cart or for your bonus $1 reward? If it’s for the bonus $1 reward, you might just try another zip. If it is for your cart, you might want to hop on your computer if you are using mobile. It may work better there.

Looks to me as if they disabled the rewards tab and when I went to check out with the $12 in rewards it said “Rewards cannot be applied at this time. Please try again later.”

I was now able to place the order with the $12 in rewards. I still couldn’t get that survey to show.

You should be able to spend the points, but we aren’t seeing the $10 rewards added for new sign ups. Did you sign up in the last few minutes?
