Costco
You can get them at Costco
I got these one time on an impulse buy because they looked great on the package. I was very disappointed. Too me, they have no taste whatsoever… My kids wouldn’t eat them and I threw the whole bag away.
Having to be Gluten-free limits options and these are a great Gluten free option! We love them. We like to sprinkle a touch of parmesan cheese on top!
Same here!!! It looks good and appetizing on the bag…. BUT they taste so horrible and bland. The deal-breaker for our family was that they were so incredibly hard (imagine the butt end of some old french bread, its no good!) So hard, I had to bite each in half for my 4yo.
Unfortunately I bought a huge bag from Sams/Costco. Dont buy.
Try this recipe. They are amazing and natirly gluten free (according to Fogo De Chao. A Latin market should have
both the sweet and sour manioc flour. They are AMAZING!!! httpss://fogodechao.com/guide/fogo-pao-de-queijo/
Hmm- maybe u got a bad batch or cooked them wrong or ate them with something that threw off the flavor? We just sampled them the other day at Costco and they were great!! Very cheesy (albeit it’s not a strong cheese so you’re not hit with a super strong flavor- which most ppl wouldn’t like anyways), but we all enjoyed them and even went back for a second sample at Costco on this! I think they cooked them in a toaster oven at the store (maybe a microwave would yield different results)
You’re so welcome!
I personally love them, I had a friend bring me some (before this brand came out) from Brazil (he grew up in Brazil so they were a staple for him) I love them!! My one son also loooves them but my husband and daughter don’t like them so it’s definitely personal preference. Definitely worth trying though!
thank you
You’re very welcome! Happy you could snag the offer!
Got this coupon last time but didn’t able to use it. This product is hard to find. 🙁
Oh darn! Sorry to hear that. 😢 Be sure to click through the store locator link near the bottom of the post. Hoping that helps!
Try Whole Foods, if you have one in your area. That’s where I got mine.
Ditto!
Has anyone ever tried these??? Just curious, they sounded interesting, going to give them a try.
I regretted buying them. I still wouldn’t get them even if they were free.
^ I agree. I thought they were awful.
I also agree—they taste terrible! I found them at Whole Foods and they cost more than the coupon value so I had to pay $1 per bag–they are not worth $1 or even one penny to me.
I got then at Costco a couple years ago, myself, wife and 4 kids didn’t care for them. Not horrible but nobody ever asked for them again. They’re just weird little breads with about 1/100th of a cheese nip flavor lol. To each their own. Not knocking it, just not for us.
Thanks so much for the feedback, Jay!
We absolutely love them in the air fryer!!
Everyone in my family loves these. However, after reading the comments many people do not. Everyone is different so the free coupon is a great way to try them and see what your family thinks. I have seen these at Target, Sprouts, Lucky’s Market and Publix.
I love them!! Not as good as the real ones from Brazil, but very good!
Yes and my family loves them!
I have seen these at Fred Meyers and Safeway.
I love this bread. I found it 5 years ago sprouts. I really like it. Now I find them kroger and target I have like 20 bags fridge mmmm
Thanks for commenting, Bee! I haven’t tried it yet! Good to know how yummy it is!
I got the coupon, hope they taste good.
Thank you.
You’re very welcome!
To me, they taste like warm cheesy marshmallows. I wasn’t a fan – but my Husband loves them. It really is a unique texture.
thank you.daughter has celiac and always looking for inexpensive ways to try GF foods
You’re welcome! Hope she enjoys them!
These have a unique texture in the center. I baked them way over the recommended time, and they were still ~gummy. I would not purchase again. Just my preference…
That reminds me of the way Mochi is on the outside. Thanks, Lena!
I think is a fair comparison too. I personally think mochi’s texture is fun.
Got mine ty
You’re welcome!
Thank you!
You’re welcome, Shirl!
Thank you so much.
We love Brazil Bites, thank you so much!
You can also use the coupon to try their new Empanadas. The chicken and cheese Empanadas are great!
Thank you, I hope this tastes like the real Pão de queijo
You are welcome! I hope it does, too!
I love Brazi Bites! You have to be careful not to over or under bake them, however. Overbaking will create a hard texture and brown color. When baked perfectly, the outside is slightly crunchy and the inside is nice and soft/chewy. The original parmesan flavor has a taste similar to Cheez-Its.
Thanks so much for the helpful tips! I’ll have to remember that when I grab them!
Interesting how people’s tastes vary so much. My husband & I thought these were delicious, though I thought the sodium was a bit high. They are a bit hard to find–I have a couple of $2 coupons I want to use but haven’t seen them anywhere yet except Whole Foods (where I bought them last time). With a free coupon, I will definitely make the trip! Thank you so much for posting!!
You’re welcome, Bonnie! Thanks for the feedback! Glad you have both enjoyed these!
i find them at target
Darn it!!! The free bags have reached their limit. It’s now a $2 off coupon with joining a mailing list. I’m grain free and these are to die for being someone limited like me. I’d like them if I weren’t though. So sad that I missed it. They are best when cooked to a barely there light golden color so that they’re still just done in the middle but a little bit of a shell on the outside. The inside texture is a bit different but awesome as it’s moist and kind of stretchy because they’re made from Cassava flour (tapioca). I never let them sit for long & eat them when they’re pretty warm for the best taste. Mmmmm.
Bummer! Thanks for the heads up that the offer is gone and for sharing your feedback on these! Glad you have enjoyed them!
