Are you on a mobile device by chance? If so, the promo code box is a bit trickier to locate there. From your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout,” and under payment method, it says “Use a gift card, voucher, or promo code.” Once you click that, scroll down to the very bottom to “toggle” the switch on next to “Add a gift card, promo code, or voucher.” This should open a text box for the promo code to entered, then click the arrow icon to apply (just clicking “continue” may not apply it).
