This is probably the best-canned soup I’ve ever had! It’s got a creamy texture, but without dairy; the quinoa gives it a nice “bite.” The ingredients list jalapeños, but I didn’t get any spice, which was fine for me. I’m getting g a few more cans of this to keep at home and at work. Added bonus: a serving is an entire can for less than 250 calories!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
