if anyone is wondering if this works….. both my husband and I put the lotion on our arms, right before bed…. and sleep like babies. This stuff is literally the best and makes you tired within like 1/2 hour of putting it on. The spray is great to spray on the bottoms of your feet to help ward off getting sick . (spray the soles of your feet, put on some socks and let it go to work ) it’s also supposed to help w/ headaches

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago when it was posted on HTS. I apply the lotion on the bottom of my feet and honestly I feel it has greatly improved my sleep! I do have migraines and I have noticed no improvements sadly..☹️ Would recommend!
