If anyone is wondering if this works… both my husband and I put the lotion on our arms right before bed… and sleep like babies. This stuff is literally the best and makes you tired within like 1/2 hour of putting it on.
The spray is great to spray on the bottoms of your feet to help ward off getting sick. (Spray the soles of your feet, put on some socks, and let it go to work.) It’s also supposed to help w/ headaches. – Hip reader, Jill

I JUST read about magnesium being rubbed into your feet at bedtime helping with neuropathy. Now I see this!! Heck, I am going to try it. If the sprayer does not work, I will unscrew it and put on cotton balls to rub on my feet!! Thanks for the nudge!!

Excellent stuff I bought this set a few weeks back, and its works wonders. My mom usues the lotion on a surgery scar and my dad uses the spray on his legs for pains result from a pinched nerve. I’m gonna order two more at this price for future phone calls ..lol.. asking for more
