Something I noticed when purchasing on a mobile device. When typing in the code, give it a moment to populate an arrow to apply the code. The arrow will show up on the far left in the promo code box once you have the code entered. I kept hitting return key on my phone, and it would just return me to the checkout screen without applying the coupon 😅 hope this helps!
