These protein bars are SO delicious, and if you are looking for a replacement for a candy bar, these are a great alternative. These don’t have that dry/chalky taste like other bars sometimes tend to have. I’ve enjoyed every flavor I’ve tried so far, but my absolute favorites are Birthday Cake and Cookies & Caramel. Plus, 20 grams of protein for a 200-calorie bar is an awesome ratio. I legitimately eat one every day now, and it’s a part of my morning routine I always look forward to.

I have been eating these for a long time, and the high protein makes a great filling snack. My favs: Creamy Crisp, Cookies & Cream, and Salty Peanut (takes like a Snickers bar… keep in fridge!) And, if you don’t want to try a case – Trader Joe’s sells single ones to try… so does GNC!
