Through December 31st, simply purchase a bottle of Barefoot Wine and then complete the online submission form for a rebate! Note your rebate must be submitted by 1/15/23, and there is a limit of one rebate per household. If you’re asked to provide an offer number to view the site you’ll need to enter 712286 in the field.
Here’s how to score your free bottle…
Simply purchase a bottle of Barefoot Wine (up to $9.99), then upload a picture of your receipt here. You can then choose to have your rebate sent via PayPal, Venmo, or a printed check.
Once you submit your rebate, you will receive a confirmation order number and should expect to receive your rebate in 7-14 days.
