How does sizing work? I noticed that items for men and women r sold together so I am trying to figure out what to order since obviously a men’s medium fits differently than a women’s medium.
Hi Rachael! The sizes are unisex sizes so you’ll want to check their size guide to find your perfect fit. I ordered a set for my sister, who is typically a small, and the top and pants were a little large on her, if that’s helpful at all! 😊

I’m wondering about the return policy. I’ve heard they don’t do refunds. Also heard the fabric pills. Anyone have a sweatshirt that has been washed several who can speak to this?
Fabric does pill quickly. There’s a high polyester content. No refunds.

I did check with someone on the team that owns the Signature Hoodie and she said it has not pilled at all after being washed several times. One thing to note is that she always hang dries this sweatshirt and never runs it through the dryer. ❤️
FYI: if you complete the Comfrt purchase through the Shop app, you can also earn Shop cash on the purchase. I earned $15 on my purchase today (1 adult and 1 kids hoodie). I got my cart ready on the Comfrt website, started checkout there (which is where you log into Shop), and then changed to the Shop app just to pay.
I have redeemed Shop cash in the past and it worked, though I do think it expires at some point. I also don’t know if there are any limitations on using the Shop cash, so you should check out the details if you’re interested. I was going to make the purchase either way, so I was happy to add $15 to my Shop cash balance and just hope that I can use it in the future. Also, re: the quality, my husband and daughter both really like their Comfrt sweatshirts and they have held up really well. They are definitely higher quality than your average sweatshirt. They are thick and have a very nice feel to them. I think they are worth the sale price, for sure. My daughter usually wears a kids XL/14 or a ladies XXS/00, and a kids L in the Comfrt cloud hoodie fits her with plenty of room. My husband is always a men’s XL and finds his XL travel essentials (pullover, not zip up) hoodie to be TTS. Not truly “oversized” but definitely enough room to be comfy.
These don’t last very long. My daughters looks nasty after just a bit and she’s only wore it a few times. Waste of money. Walmart clothes hold up better! There is a reason for no returns!! It’s bc they know the product is junk!

My daughter has four hoodies and three pants. Two sets are a year plus and look great! She wears one of her hoodies almost every day. And she has gotten her best friend hooked on them too.
She has also gotten some crazy stains on them and I have been able to get them out. Hers haven’t pilled and are definitely a much better quality of sweatshirt than most. She also has the compression tanks and loves those.

Buyer beware of this shady company. No refunds, terrible customer service, shady business practices. Make sure it’s what you want and you wait for a decent sale because they won’t price match or adjust or refund. If you do return it is store credit only. No order cancellations even if it hasn’t shipped.
