This is a great substitute for regular cane sugar. You can’t tell the difference. It’s a tad bit coarser than white granular sugar, but it dissolves quickly in coffee. Would highly recommend this product.

I was skeptical at first, but when I tried Xylitol, it tasted almost identical to sugar. One of the things I like best is that it’s Safe, not detrimental to your health, and there is no aftertaste. I like it better than Stevia for sure. I have not tried it yet in making cookies, but I intend to do that for Christmas, and hopefully they’ll turn out and be delicious.

Just a sidenote to be sure if you do buy this, keep it up and away from your pets. Xylitol is lethal for pets!
