My husband got me the manatee bracelet for Christmas and I love it the whole concept of them. I will warn with the type of bracelets they are, they have the tendency to pull the hairs on your arm. Other than that, their app for tracking is great and they give you a picture of the actual animal your bracelet tracks and the story behind how they were helped. We’ve started gifting these for family and friends and they’ve all loved them.
That’s so sweet, Katie!
Love that your husband got you the manatee bracelet! Thanks for the heads-up on the fit—such a special gift idea for family and friends!

My youngest daughter received hers in the mail today. She wanted a dolphin. I purchased myself one today since the company sent me a text and email about it. I purchased myself a seal.
Aww, how exciting, Naomi!
So sweet that your daughter got her dolphin bracelet today—she must be thrilled!
And love that you treated yourself to a seal too!
Such a fun way to track and connect with these amazing animals. Enjoy!
FYI, I got these for my granddaughters and after only about a month one tried checking up on her shark and it had a message that it was no longer able to be tracked. @ weeks later the other one said the same. We paid $22 for ours at Disneyland and we were not happy. I think they should replace the animal under a certain time frame.
Very sorry to hear about the short time-frame of tracking on your bracelets, Cat. That’s a bummer! I did find this in their FAQ – “On average, transmitters will send signals for around one year. Sometimes signals will continue for up to two years, other times less than one. We guarantee tracking for six months. If your tracking experience is cut short within that window, we are happy to give you a new replacement animal. If your animal stops tracking after six months, we hope that you will consider purchasing a new one to track and continue to support our nonprofit partners’ conservation efforts as part of their mission to save wildlife!” Hoping this may be helpful if you wanted to try reaching out for support on them.
Oh that is great news!. I will contact them. I feel like something should have popped up when it showed it wasn’t tracking any longer, or a separate link for that problem would be nice. I wouldn’t have thought to look in FAQ. Thank you very much! I
You’re very welcome, Cat! Glad to help out any time!
