Third time i have ordered from Gap this season and last. This is the 3rd time that free shipping shows up and even when i go to PP it shows the right price but still charges me shipping. It doesnt happen with other stores so i think its a Gap issue. That will be my last Gap order, but just make sure to check the receipt bc even when i hit submit payment my total was correct. Had i not noticed, i would have been charged. 🥴
Just saw I was charged shipping on my order yesterday! Was on chat with gap and they said there’s nothing they can do. I know it showed $0 shipping when I checked out, but for some reason I was still charged shipping!! So upset!!
Same here. I called and they refunded the $7. But still what a pain.
