I have tried this rebate twice and it has not gone through. I have attempted to contact General Mills as well without success. I have both Fetch and Ibotta accounts.
I had high hopes that the Box Tops for Education would be a worthwhile program however now I have my doubts.

So sorry to hear your rebate has not gone through, Diane. I did find this link to contact customer service if helpful. It states that someone should review your submission and get back with you within 14 days.

Thanks but I already tried that. The rebate is for 1 item they are depending on AI to correctly read the receipt. Unfortunately Al is there yet. The second response wasn’t any better. I had exactly 2 General Mills products on my receipt. I have not received my rebate.
