   Thanks for the post.
   If anyone else is new to this and confused like me ;), here’s how my purchase went (so far).
   Spoiler alert: I paid $37.93 total for a 16″ bouquet to be delivered.
   I may have been able to get the price lower, but my patience ran out ;)…

   I chose Proflowers.
   I found a birthday bouquet (“Kaleidoscope,” $40, standard size) and added it to my cart on the Proflowers website (Delivery charge is 19.99).
   (Later, I saw there was an option without a balloon for $4 less, but it didn’t come up in my initial search!)

   I didn’t pay the $2 extra to have it delivered on the 14th.

   I found promo code LILY20 online and applied that to my order in the Proflowers cart.

   I went to Groupon using the link above and purchased the $35 voucher for $11.20.
   I found the $35 voucher in my Groupon account and pasted it into the “Promo code or Gift card” box in my Proflowers cart.
   I wasn’t sure if the 20% off code would be removed when I entered the Groupon voucher, but it looks like I got both discounts. Yay!

  Hmmm. After I placed my order, I got a credit from Proflowers for $15.10 to spend on their site.
  Any chance someone knows if I can combine that with the Groupon voucher?
  I tried combining the new credit with the 20% code I used before and it wouldn’t allow me to use both the % off and the credit. The email about the credit says: “Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion” however, the Groupon code from my first order is showing as a gift card. Hmmmmmm.

  oh boy, I will have to come back and report because I just had a bad experience with Proflowers CHAT. I just wanted to know when my credit expired and I could not get a clear answer after three separate chats. I’m hoping that’s not a bad sign. I probably won’t try to use that credit until the flowers are delivered at the end of the week. Fingers crossed.

  I won’t be using Proflowers again. It wasn’t so bad, but the local shop left the arrangement on the floor (no bag, no box) just inside the gate of the apartment complex and the flowers were ‘Meh.’
  And after the problems communicating with customer service, I think the after-purchase credit I got is more of a sales tactic so I spend more money at their site. I’m tempted to gamble combining a Groupon voucher with the credit, but I’m not willing to take my chances with the same company.
  💐But hey, I saved some money! I’ll definitely remember this Groupon idea for next time, just with another company.
