So far, I am IN LOVE with this powerful little device! I did not expect to love it so much. The first two passes, I could not believe the dirt that was picked up. Okay, I must confess, I have named her, and YES, I do talk to her, especially when she is going back home (her dock), and I tell her what a great job she has done – go ahead, call me crazy! I bet others do too… LOL.
I sent her under the bed one day, and WOW! A dust bunny the size of Chicago came out from under there! I hope my little wizard of a vacuum lasts for many years to come! The remote control works well too! Be sure and keep your pets away from these, as they could really hurt them. I LOVE THIS THING!!!
Oh my gosh. What I don’t love about this little helper!! I am a busy mom of two messy little girls. I can go about my day and have clean floors. And the best part it also collects all the dust bunnies I had under my bed that I couldn’t reach with my broom. The suction is amazing. It goes over my exercise mat for my machine. And my area rugs. I love that I can control the vacuum from work. And have the floors cleaned by the time I get home. A busy mom’s dream!
We’ve had two of these and I do not recommend them at all. The battery in it only lasts a couple of months and then you will need to buy a new one (they are only about $25 but doing that every couple of months is not worth it). We got the extended warranty but it won’t cover a battery. Customer service was awful. We did replace the battery in one thinking it was a fluke of some sort and not something that would need done every couple months, but that battery did not last any longer than the one it came with. I should note we also didn’t use it every day, only 2-3 times a week. It worked well when it worked.
