I got this as a birthday present for a 3-year-old little boy! His sister had gotten a different version of this (the pink unicorn – more girly), and I was sick of them fighting over her camera! He loves it, and no more fighting!
It is a perfect first camera for a child; before parents put a phone in their hands, so, I would say, for children 10 years old and younger! They can learn how to center what they want to take pictures of, and if there are 1,000 pictures of one thing, then you can delete them from the SD card! There are different filters that they can use, and it also has some old-fashioned games on the camera (original Snake)!
I just think that this camera is the perfect first camera for a child! It doesn’t take great quality pictures, but it’s a first camera, and it’s a good learning tool!
