First off I love that these are grape-flavored. I’ve always had trouble getting iron supplements down without the taste of a penny lingering in my mouth for hours. These mask that and in turn will make me want to take them every day. Second I love the fact these gummies contain vitamin c. Can never have enough of that in this day and age!
These gummy‘s are good in that they have no aftertaste and honestly kind of taste like a candy when you eat them. Sometimes with iron pills they have a metallic taste but these do not.
