Great question, Kathy. Target will accept the coupon for the full value (up to $2) on this sunscreen. Here’s the wording from their coupon policy on this – “The value of a coupon will be applied up to the reduced price of the item and any excess value will not be applied to the transaction total.” When testing this online for order pickup, I was able to add a cheap filler item to my order that allowed the coupon to be fully deducted, if you wanted to grab the deal this way.
