This is a tasty protein with quality ingredients. The first thing I look for when buying protein powder is to see if it has Maltodextrin. This is usually a dead sign that you have a poor product that is using a filler ingredient. This protein mix has some nice ingredients and even has MCT Oil, which is great for Keto. The flavor is pretty good, and I would certainly order again.
