This little Playskool recording phone is adorable and the decorated buttons are very easy for a small child to push. The on/off button and individual buttons light up so they are easy to see also. The volume is set at one level with no adjustment but it’s very good. They included easy-to-read instructions that covered recording a voice, using the remote, setting the switch to the mode you want, and replacing the batteries.

Batteries were included in both the phone part and the remote parts. I recorded a short message for baby from Grandma and granddaddy and she will hear the message either by pushing the side button on the phone or by pushing the remote button. All edges are smooth and round and the main parts of the body and remote are wood, so the toy is sturdy. Love it, great quality, batteries included and works perfectly. Easy 5 stars!
