I have been taking these for 3 weeks and have noticed an improvement in my digestion and energy levels. I struggle with psoriasis, cystic acne, and depression… All of which seems to make me feel pretty fatigued most of the time. I have been taking these every morning with water and I feel really good, my skin is improving (I also added an extra collagen vitamin) aside from clearing up, it is very soft and just looks healthier. Usually, multivitamins make me nauseated if I take them on an empty stomach and these don’t at all. Definitely recommend.

The first two things I look for in a multi are what type of B12, Magnesium & Thiamine are used. Cyanocobalamin, Oxide & Mononitrate are signs of a very cheaply made supplement from a company who clearly doesn’t have your best health interests in mind. Please don’t be fooled by the “regular” price that Amazon lists here – it’s not worth a penny.

So what are good quality types?
I always have heard positive things about Rainbow Light vitamins. I try and get most of my vitamins from food. Though I am a vegetarian so I do take supplements. When I could tell a considerable different between taking these and store brand though the formula may have changed?
I stopped taking these for a while and came back to them after a couple of years and noticed a marked increase in my energy level about a week or so after starting them.
Oh wow! Good to know these were so helpful! 💕🙌 Thanks for sharing your experience on taking a break from them and then restarting!
I took Rianbow Light throughout my pregnancy and I’d like to say the results were amazing 👏 🙂 But seriously, I tend to go for liquid vitamins these days for the absorbency rates. However, at this price point…may have to look into this trusted brand once again!
