I purchased two of these, one for each of my kids. I have a hard time finding bike helmets for kids who are no longer toddlers but are not ready for adult helmets in the big box stores. After looking in three or four different stores, I gave up and came to Amazon. I was not disappointed! These helmets are super quality and comfortable. My kids wear helmets every time they are on wheels: no questions asked!
This is the second one of this particular helmet that I have purchased. It looked so cool that kid #2 wanted the same one so that she could feel cool like the older sibling. It comes with padding to adjust the fit and that is very easy to accomplish. The V-17 means that there are 17 vents in the helmet so that the young one’s head doesn’t cook. It also makes it light.
