Do you have to be a Missouri’s residence in order to receive the item?
It’s not clear if you have to be a Missouri resident, I submitted for one and do not live in Missouri so hopefully they’ll ship anywhere!
I live in another state, and did just receive confirmation that they would send it. So far, no email saying they wouldn’t send it.
