Our team & readers LOVE this spray…
I love the Style Edit products. I’ve tried other types of root touch-up products on the market and I can say these are a step above the rest. I love the Style Edit root concealer to cover my stubborn grays. I am a busy, working mom who doesn’t get to the salon more than once a year – these root concealers are a lifesaver for me! I will be buying again and again. – Hip Sidekick, Melinda
I bought this the last time there was a deal and I love it. Definitely a little goes a long way when trying to cover roots in between appointments or your own hair coloring. Of the root touch-ups I’ve tried, I like this one the best (I’ve used Color Wow Root Cover Up – meh; and L’Oreal Magic Root Cover Up – ok). I can color my hair and it grows so fast in two weeks I have to already use it and I really feel it is worth the money as I am going to get about three months out of one can. Great product. – Hip Reader, Aerokiki

I have used the sprays before and I like the look, but hate that whenever I touch my head/hair where it was sprayed…my hands turn brown. 🤣 I have actually started using Clairol Root Touch-Up Hair Dye Powder instead. I was surprised with how easy it was to brush on, and no more color transfer to my fingers. Just wanted to mention it for those who have the same issues with the spray. I have been trying not to “dye” (with a box kit-I was successful all of 2023) my hair per se and embrace my grays, but they just seem to be in two sections and some days I’m not a fan. I joked that I could have been Lily Munster for Halloween.
Thanks for sharing about your experience with this product, Danielle. Bummer to hear about the color transfer, but glad you’ve found something you like to use that gives you the same great coverage, when you’re wanting it. 🤗
Thank you for mentioning the Clairol product you found. I’m also not a fan of the waxy feel and transfer of the dye sprays, I am definitely going to try the powder you suggested!
Happy I could help! Walmart carries it for around $10-$12, but it lasts for 40-60 applications. I wash my hair every other day and usually don’t have to touch it up between washes. Hope you like it as much as I do!
Wow that’s amazing I just got a different spray at Walmart and might return it!
What shade is this? Dark brown?
Hi Amber! Yes, the shade Melinda is using is “dark brown.” ❤️
