I find subway to be a good value if you use coupons or sub of the day special stacked with 20% off giftcards from Costco and loyalty freebies. I use them when I have to leave the office and work a route. Over the last year my meals at 4x month averaged less than $5 for a footlong meal with cookies and drink.
