Hi Amy! This freebie is only available in-store while supplies last. You might call your store before making a trip to be sure they’re participating. 💕
Same problem here. Our closest Target is 25 miles so unless it’s Walmarts, Hobby Lobby or Dollar General/Tree you have no choice but online.
There was no free lip oil. Only a free (not cute) carrying case with purchase of a lip oil. I was disappointed.
