Hey there! To grab a receipt for the rebate, after you order the items, you’ll head to your orders and click “view invoice” to download to your device/computer and then upload to P&G.
I tried it again today since it wouldn’t work for me the other day, and it still tells me that promotion not valid for items in cart or something like that. (I dont have anything else in my cart either) sooooo frustrating as I was gonna get these sent to my mom. I just think amazon hates me lately lol as coupons never show up for me either regardless of using app or browser. Sorry for my mini vent😆

Thank you. I literally just added 4 of the regular pods. The other day when the promo was posted and it took me to the screen to add items for the promo and it had the “you have __more to add to cart for the promo” it didnt matter how many i added of what(bc I tried multiple options) the promo counter stayed at zero but yet it added the items to my cart. I hope what I am trying to explain makes sense. Ty for your super fast response and for your help. Heck id be more than willing to share my acct info for u to be able to log in and see what im seeing (not posted publicly ofc lol) Im just desperate to get these for mom bc she could definitely use the help.

Happy to help!! 🥰 So sorry this has been such a headache, I totally get how frustrating that is, especially when you’re trying to help your mom. ❤️ It really does sound like you’re doing everything right, and I’m seeing the discount apply on my end when adding 4 of those regular Tide Pods and clicking “redeem” on the product page first. That promo counter staying at zero is definitely odd, sometimes these promos can be a bit glitchy or even account specific. A couple last things you might try are making sure you hit “redeem” on the Tide product page before adding to cart, double checking the promo code is applied at checkout and tapping the arrow if you’re on mobile, and removing everything then re-adding directly from the link. If it’s still not working after that, it may just not be attaching to your account for some reason, and reaching out to Amazon customer service could help shed a bit more light on it. 💓
