I did find this if helpful – Customers with sensitive skin report the cooling feature makes treatments pain-free. However, the product instructions emphasize checking the included skin tone chart and testing on a small area first.
I have this exact model from a previous posting from H2S, and i can attest i have sensitive skin, and i use this on the highest setting (9) and have never had a problem. I have Irish skin, extremely pale, burn so easily, itchy and dry skin from dry mountain climate, and this is comfortable for me to use. I guess i’ll also mention, i have tried home IPL before and did not get results from a different brand. But this one has decreased my hair by about 80% in 4 months. And the hair that grows now is like baby hair; fine and light colored and slow-growing. It was coarse and black before this (leg hair).
