Just a heads up for others, I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on sale from them during Black Friday. Shipping took longer than expected and 3 out of the 4 pairs were wrong. Wrong color, style, and size. I immediately contacted customer service, everything i ordered was out of stock AND they will not process my refund until I ship all of my wrong shoes back, even though it was there mess up. I’m beyond disappointed…the deal might be worth the inconvenience for some people, but not for me.

That is super frustrating, but FWIW, I ordered three separate times between BF and a week or so ago, and all of the items were (correctly) fulfilled and shipped on time. I’ve bought UA for years from the website, and never once had an issue. I honestly think that was a fluke, an off-day for an employee or a certain warehouse or something.
