These pens are by far my favorite. They don’t gunk up and do write very smoothly. They are security pens for checks and signatures. The ink cannot be washed off so someone else can put information in. Security for the user, I’ve used them for years.
I got these specifically to write checks with. They work well.. smooth ink flow. I have read that these pens cannot be washed. Thieves are stealing checks washing them and filling in their own amounts. I only mail inside the post office in the slots, but I wanted to get these pens as an extra precaution. Certainly worth a try! But I do like them.
