I’m not seeing any toothpaste that’s $3- only toothbrushes! Am I missing something? Thanks!

Sorry for any confusion! 🤗 It seems that price can vary depending on location.

Try Crest 3-D white stain eraser icy clean mint 2.7 oz for $3 if your store carries it. Check the store tags to make sure it will generate the rewards.

I purchased the icy clean mint but it didn’t give the RR. I bought other items and got RRs on those and I forgot to check if RR printed for Crest. It didn’t:( I’m calling customer service and see what can they do. The tag says it is qualified for buy 2 get $3 RR

I just called Walgreen’s CS, and they referred me to Catalina. I called Catalina and CS gave me info for submitting the request. My question is, wouldn’t it be faster and easier if I just returned the toothpaste and buy them again? And I forgot to ask Walgreen’s CS if I’ll get my digital coupon back (I think I do, if I remember it right), and what happens to Wags Cash I used to pay for the items. Does it go back to my account? Thanks

Hi Riss! You might reach back out to Walgreens to ask about the specific coupon for your account. In the past, it seems that once a coupon is redeemed, it is no longer available to use again; however, they may be able to help a bit more with this. Sorry to hear about the troubles on this one! 💗

Digital coupons are returned if the order is canceled by Walgreens. However if you return the item you receive the value of the item plus the value of the digital coupon. You can confirm this answer on Walgreens.com/help here’s what happens to your Walgreens Cash on a return: What if I return a purchase that I redeemed Walgreens Cash rewards on?
When you redeem your Walgreens Cash rewards, they will immediately be deducted from your account. Once redeemed, Walgreens Cash rewards cannot be credited back to your account. When returning items paid for with Walgreens Cash rewards, you will be refunded in the form of store credit. Questions on Walgreens cash can be answered on MyWalgreens.com
When returning items just remind the store rep that you get all these things back. Yes if possible go with returning and redoing the purchase. If you go through Catalina file ASAP because you have a very short time to file. Best of luck!

Thank you both for explaining this.

I tried to do this deal in-store today. The DQ didn’t come off. They said that according to the ad, the deal was store pick-up/delivery only. NOT in store purchase. Manager manually input the DQ. NO RR, only a 20% /$30 purchase.

The explanation of why it didn’t work makes absolutely no sense. It’s a Deal of the Week and very much in the ad. The Walgreens app is an easy way to pull up the ad and double check with store staff. At least some of the varieties on the shelf should have been marked since only select varieties are eligible. In-store rewards can’t be earned with store pickup or home delivery that is Walgreens 101 and lets me know that is the wrong explanation. Unfortunately digital coupons not coming off and in-store rewards not printing are not uncommon. You have my sympathy. You could try calling 1-800-Walgreens for possible WC as a courtesy although they don’t have to. Catalina Marketing operates the system that issues the in-store rewards. You can contact them at 1 (888) 826-8766. Have your receipt handy. I’m so sorry the deal went badly.
