Walmart’s Wellness Day is happening on January 24th!
Today, January 24th only, plan to stop by your local Walmart from 10 AM to 2 PM (local time) for their FREE wellness event.
They will be offering complimentary immunizations, health and vision screenings, and product samples from popular brands like Liquid IV, Celestial Seasonings, Nature’s Truth, and more. Plus, there will be plenty of helpful wellness resources and information to explore while you’re there.
*While supplies last. Subject to availability. See pharmacist for details. $0 copay with most insurances for screenings and immunizations. State, age, health, and other restrictions may apply.

Thanks for the heads up. I have attended in the past and they’re very helpful.
So happy to hear about your great experience before, pw! You’re welcome! 💕
In the description it says free. At the bottom there is an asterisk stating that it is free after insurance?? Since you have attended one do you know if you have to have insurance?
Hi Diane! When checking those details, it seems that fine print is for the “No-cost vaccines**” – You could always call ahead to your location to be sure. Hoping this helps!
Do you know what specific screenings are available? Are they free?
It seems they are free. I just see “health & vision screenings” noted. You could check with your store to be sure on what will be offered. ❤️
Just wanted to say this was a total waste of time. I verified with my local Walmart pharmacy and pharmacist that they were participating earlier this week. I was told the health tests offered for free were: vision, bmi, blood pressure, lipid, a1c.
Last evening I picked up medicine and again confirmed this info and was also told no appt was needed. Today, arrived at 10am. The same Walmart pharmacy employees and pharmacist said the tests were not free and showed a chart of their regular fees. I thought this was shabby. These are very simple tests that are often offered free during heart month by pharmacy, hospitals, store clinics and organizations like the American Heart Association. I thought this was a thoughtless and uncaring way to treat people. I was impressed that they never planned to do this event.
Thank you for sharing your experience with this event at your location, Anne! Sorry to hear that the staff informed you these would be free and then charged a fee on the day of the event. That does sound super frustrating.
