Costco Recalling Ready-to-Eat Meatloaf in 28 States

Costco Wholesale is recalling its Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes & Glaze (item #30783) due to a potential Salmonella contamination linked to an ingredient supplied by Griffith Foods Inc..
The affected products have sell-by dates from March 5 through March 16, 2026, and were sold between March 2 and March 13, 2026 at select Costco locations in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin.
Customers are urged not to consume the product and to return it to Costco for a full refund. While no illnesses have been reported, Salmonella can cause serious infections, especially in young children, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems.
