I went yesterday. In the past, there would be someone at the door passing them out as you enter. This year, you had to go to a cashier to get it and they were reluctant to give them out. I only got one after being asked if I was going to shop and they said I have to be a Kohl’s rewards member. I noticed that they gave it out to customers after the check out process which makes no sense. What if someone was purchasing an item for $10 and they got a coupon for $20… They would either lose the remaining $10 or go shop for something else.
