I switch my membership between my spouse and I. When I was filling out the information for my membership, I used my email already associated with Sam’s. I received a pop-up that stated, “We recognize your email and have emailed you a code to verify it it you.” My price remained at $10.00 and I double checked my credit card was only charged $10.00.
If you had someone else listed as secondary member, they would be able to get their own new membership and add you as their secondary.

My membership expired in December so it wanted to extend my old membership with my email address for $50.00. I called and spoke with a customer service rep. and he deleted my email from my old account,
so it allowed me to renew with the $10.00 membership fee.

-If you joined online, you can start shopping right away with your digital membership card in the Sam’s Club app. All you have to do is log in
-If you’d still like a physical card, you can request one at Member Services during your next club visit. You’ll need your membership number and a government-issued ID to pick up your card

What extra? I used the link that Sam’s sent by email to see the discounts but didn’t see any and I thought online was available now?
Julie, I just know that when I am in club, I look for price tags that are yellow. The yellow price tag is the price if you utilize the scan and go feature. The price in white/black is the price if you use a checkout (including self-checkout). Not all items have a scan and go price, just a handful, but if I am going to buy it anyway, I like the scan and go price and the feature!

It only works if purchased scan n go or curbside in store sucks I wanted to do delivery to the house but doesn’t apply the extra discount . If you add the item to your cart online n on checkout put curbside you will see the additional discount come off . It only shows it in cart once curbside has been clicked
My Sams now offers the rotisserie chicken for pickup with the Plus membership. A life saver!!!!!

Is it just me or are the sales not great? They seem just like a regular sale item price. Nothing special.

We got the cupcakes but I guess they were out of cups as no drink. Only the normal Saturday samples. I was disappointed!

I have a question about adding an additional person. I added myself as the additional person. How do I access the app? I thought I would get an email. Haven’t received anything. When I sign into the app under my husband’s email, I don’t see anything about an additional member.
Hi Tara! You should be able to log into your account using your husband’s email/password without having to make your own. You can see additional members on your account if you go to Account > Additional Cardholders. Hope this helps!
The employees at the Sam’s in my area didn’t even know about the event until customers started showing up early. My mother only got candy and the drink (other freebies weren’t ready). It’s nice that it was free, but kind of disappointing.
