The FDA is warning consumers about a recall of certain Great Value brand frozen raw shrimp sold at Walmart. The shrimp may be contaminated with Cesium-137, a radioactive substance.

Walmart stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia.
What should you do?
- Check your freezer for the recalled shrimp.
- Do not eat it. Return it to Walmart for a refund or throw it away safely.
- If you have symptoms after eating the product, contact your healthcare provider right away. Visit the FDA’s MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting Program or call 1-800-332-1088.
