Turn Your Unused Loyalty Rewards Into FREE Frontier Miles (Enough for a Free Flight!)
Score Frontier Airlines flights with free miles during this promotion!

If you’ve got rewards points sitting in an old loyalty account for another retailer that you don’t plan to use, you may be able to turn them into free travel! 🎉
Frontier Airlines just launched a limited-time promotion, The Big Redemption, that lets you exchange unused points from other rewards programs for up to 5,000 Frontier Miles. And yes, that could be enough for a one-way award flight!

Here’s how to score your Frontier miles:
Through February 22nd, get your Frontier Miles number (or create one for free) and fill out this form, including a screenshot of the loyalty points you want to be matched. Frontier will match up to 5,000 points or miles. You’re guaranteed at least 1,000 miles, even if you submit fewer than 1,000 points. Note that a total of 70 million miles are available for this promotion, and Frontier may exclude any third-party loyalty program that can’t be verified or that it determines is ineligible.
Put Unused Points to Work ✈️
If you have a balance sitting in a rewards or loyalty account that you’re unlikely to use, this could be an easy way to turn it into something more valuable. Frontier award flights can start at relatively low mileage amounts, so 5,000 miles is enough to score a one-way domestic flight in select markets (taxes and fees may apply).
Just keep in mind this offer allows one submission per person/account, so you won’t be able to combine multiple submissions from different accounts or continue adding points beyond the 5,000 maximum.

Grab a GoWild Pass!
Score unlimited flights through April 2027 to 100+ destinations with Frontier’s GoWild Pass, booking domestic trips a day before you fly and international trips 10 days out, with the option to book even earlier for a small fee. Blackout dates, terms, and conditions apply.
- Buy the pass
- Sign in to your Frontier Miles account
- Book your flights
- Add extras if you want
- Keep flying as long as your pass is active

Wow!! That’s pretty COOL! Thanks for this post! I always overlook Frontier, but not anymore.
You’re very welcome, Brandy! Happy to hear you enjoyed this post! 💞
It looks like you don’t have to submit a screen shot… it’s not marked as required. So how do they verify it?
Thanks for mentioning that, Meghan! 💕 In the terms, Frontier explains that they review and validate the points submitted and can exclude anything they aren’t able to verify or don’t consider eligible. They also note they have the discretion to approve or decline submissions as part of the process, which is likely how they handle verification even if a screenshot isn’t marked as required. Hoping that helps clear it up!
What loyalty points do that say counts? From other airlines? Or I guess I’m trying to decide what they will count so I can look at my different accounts
Like can I use my CFA points to count?
Good question! When checking the terms and conditions of this promotion it doesn’t specify which loyalty points you can use. I did find this if helpful – 💕
Eligible participants may convert unused rewards miles or points from select, legitimate, and verifiable third party loyalty programs into Frontier Travel Miles. Frontier reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any third-party loyalty program that cannot be verified or is determined, in Frontier’s sole discretion, to be ineligible or illegitimate. Frontier retains full unilateral discretion to review, validate, and otherwise approve any points submitted under this program, and retains the discretionary right to refuse to accept or redeem any points.
