I have visited the site 3 times today, there is no scratch off game. I even logged in from the email they sent me specifically mentioning the game.
Oh no! You might check back in a bit in case their site is getting heavy traffic with this promotion. If it happens to have reached it’s limit for today, be sure to check back early next Monday to try again! 🤞
I won a six piece wings, but forgot to take a screenshot. I’ve been waiting for a separate email, but nothing yet hopefully it comes through.
Hi Lynn! I just checked the details on this offer, and it looks like you should receive an email with your promo code. You might check your spam, junk, or promotional inboxes too, in case it landed there!
It doesn’t save to your account?
Mine didn’t save, so I came here to see if anyone else had the same trouble.
Good question, Lynn! On our confirmation screen for winning one of these items, the details say to “check your email for your promo code,” so I’d keep watch on your inbox! 🍕
The code comes to your email. It took 27 hours to get my code. My Papa John’s doesn’t allow a $0 order on the app; I kept getting an error message at the final step to submit my order. They require a minimum purchase of $3.49. Is this requirement location specific or across the entire chain?
Thanks for sharing how long your code took to arrive, Lisa! ❤️ I did a little checking on that $3.49 minimum too, and I’m not finding anything that says it’s required across all Papa Johns locations. Since offers and ordering requirements can vary by location, it sounds like that may be specific to your store. Thanks for the heads up on what you ran into!
I won a free medium pizza and received an email and then used code and that was our dinner tonight! Thanks!
Awesome! 🙌 So glad you were able to snag a free dinner tonight! 🍕 You’re most welcome!
