Kernel Season's Popcorn Seasonings

Calling all popcorn lovers!

Did you know that National Popcorn Day is January 19th? In honor of my favorite snack, we’re sharing fun popcorn products we love – as well as a few yummy recipes, popcorn tips, gift ideas, and more!

salbree silicone popcorn popper

One of our favorite popcorn products is this highly rated Salbree Microwave Popcorn Popper. It pops every kernel of popcorn perfectly in your microwave – NO oil needed! Plus, it is so easy to use – just expand the popper bowl, add the desired amount of kernels to the bowl based on the measurements on the side of the bowl, place the lid on it, and put it in the microwave for a couple minutes. Voila!

And I love that the Salbree Microwave Popcorn Popper collapses so you can easily store it away when done (also great for small apartments or college students). It’s dishwasher safe and BPA free, too!

Did you know that the Great Northern Premium Popcorn has been voted as the best-tasting popcorn in the U.S.A.?! The All-N-One packs include pre-measured amounts of gourmet popcorn, coconut oil and butter flavored salt to make perfect popcorn every time! Use it in a popper or on the stove. YUM!

Don’t need kernels? You can also snag this highly rated Butter Flavored Coconut Oil or these fun Popcorn Seasonings to take your popcorn flavor to a whole new level!

Birthday Popcorn Trader Joe's

If you like birthday cake and popcorn as much as I do, you’ll love these two together in Trader Joe’s Birthday Cake Popcorn – it’s a party in a bag! Each five-ounce bag is filled with freshly popped popcorn covered in a sweet, vanilla-flavored glaze and then finished off with colorful confetti sprinkles.

Even sweeter, this poppin’ treat is made with NO artificial flavors or synthetic colors. In fact, the fun sprinkles are actually colored with black carrot juice concentrate, curcumin, and red radish powder! You can grab a bag…or five…at your local Trader Joe’s for just $1.99 each.

These Chocolate Lovers Popcorn Pizzas are a fun and unique gift for someone who loves chocolate and popcorn! It includes a gourmet candy pizza with a milk chocolate crust, popcorn “cheese”, as well as a pretzel and chocolate candy pieces topping with white chocolate drizzled on top! YUM.

I also spotted a few premium popcorn flavors that would make unique gifts for any popcorn lover. This Bacon Toffee Caramel Popcorn would be fun for any bacon lover, and this G.H. Cretors “The Mix” Popcorn is perfect for anyone who loves a sweet/salty mix (it consists of buttery caramel corn and premium, aged cheddar cheese corn blend).

My gastric dr said two worst things for you are popcorn and nuts due to your body can’t break them down and your colon and intestines has tons of folds and they can get caught and cause serious problems my Gma has had surgery after surgery due to this so I will not be eating either nor feeding to my kids just some info Incase no one knew

This appears to be true for people with diverticulitis, which is relatively common in older people. However, typical healthy individuals should have no problem digesting popcorn or nuts. As always, everything in moderation. I just would hate for people to become afraid of relatively healthy foods for no reason.

I’m dead🤷‍♀️ I eat it all the time

I appreciate this post, as popcorn is my absolute favorite smack! I bought the Salbree Microwave Popcorn Popper a year ago (after hearing about it through H2S). We absolutely love it and subsequently sent some as gifts to others!!! In fact, I used ours earlier this week along with “Franklin’s Gourmet Popcorn Butter Flavored Coconut Oil”. Soooo good!! Popcorn Lovers unite!

The blue color of the Salbree Microwave Popcorn Popper mentioned in this post is $2 less than all the other colors ($15.90 vs $17.90).

You mustn’t leave out Garrett’s popcorn based out of Chicago, but found in large airports such as Dallas. The Chicago is, consisting of cheese and caramel is heaven!

    • Chelsey (Hip Sidekick)

Yes!! I live a few hours away from Chicago but anytime we go there we always make a special trip to grab some of their popcorn! SO GOOD!
