I have this pass and paid full price for it. No regrets. Easy to use and you still qualify for the promotion points and freebies even using the pass. I love that I can go any time of day and not worry about the cost. It encouraged you to see movies you wouldn’t otherwise have gone to see.
If you get this pass can we pick any showtime any day?
Yes!
I cannot recommend Regal. Yesterday we went to the 12:50 showing of Encanto in Royal Palm Beach, Fl. They did not start the movie 15 min past time, myself and another patron went to the desk and showed our emails showing the showtime and theater. They started it late. Then 40 min later they shut it off, turned on the lights, and came in screaming that *we* were wrong! We went up to the counter and asked for refunds and we were all berated again, they told us again we were wrong. She snottily asked us when we got our tickets, I told her to look at the email, the ticket clearly said we bought it on Sunday and 12:50 and the theater. Again told that she was right, we were all wrong and her list showed 1:45. As the lady next to me yelled back “we have nothing that shows 1:45, we are not in wrong.” The guy I originally went to the desk with just left with his 4 grandkids. It was just unacceptable. The manager and assistant had zero people skills and kids were upset too. 🙁
Question: Can you see as many movies a day or week that you want?
