Thrive Market offers TONS of exclusive healthy, organic, & all-natural food and snack options that you won’t find anywhere else, which is yet another reason why I’ll choose Thrive Market again and again! Grocery stores tend to distract me and it can be deceiving which foods are actually ‘healthy’, not to mention they’re never all in one place! 🤪

My final thoughts:
As I get older and so do my kiddos, it is crucial to me to establish reasons for a healthier lifestyle and way of eating that will stick with them as they grow. For me, Thrive Market checks off all of those boxes, by allowing me to pick the healthy groceries I want at a price point I can afford. It’s a cinch to stick to eating healthy having groceries delivered right to my doorstep AND in a more eco-friendly way!
I am AMAZED by their sustainable promise! 🤩 They deliver with carbon-neutral shipping only, from their ZERO-waste warehouses, and are dedicated to becoming the first climate-positive grocer!
Plus, the quality and taste is on point. 🙌 I LOVED all of my grocery picks and when you get to shop healthy the way YOU want to, the result is a box full of goodies that you’ll love!
And our readers couldn’t agree more!
I think of Thrive as somewhere between Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Since both of those are over an hour’s drive from my house, the membership has been an easy decision for us. I even buy my clean wine through them! I love their Thrive branded products – the quality is fantastic.
If you are on a special diet, it’s great. One member of my household is wheat-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. It gives me lots of options that I can’t find in Walmart or normal grocery stores.
It’s kind of like a Sam’s or Costco membership. The items aren’t bulk, but you are paying less than you would through other retailers. Their prices are good, to begin with, but they also run fantastic sales.
IMPORTANT: You may cancel your trial membership at any point via the Membership tab on your Account page, by contacting the Member Services team at (866) 419-2174 or by emailing help@thrivemarket.com. If you do choose to continue your membership, you’ll be charged $59.95/year for an auto-renewing membership until you cancel.

I’m always looking for new Thrive recommendations, so be sure to share your faves with me! 🤗
I’ve looked at Thrive several times, as I’m in their “target customer” demographic and shop at WF and buy a lot of organic/eco products. What I’ve found consistently is that once you strip out the “welcome deal” (customer acquisition perks), Thrive’s prices are nothing special. What y’all call Thrive’s “already discounted savings” (regular prices) are not any cheaper than one could find at online competitors. For example, I just price-checked some of the items in this post against Vitacost, and the regular Thrive prices are the same or higher than Vitacost: Vitacost is $7.79 for the coco-wraps; $2.39 for the same size of plantain chips; $4.99 for the Unreal Coconut; $2.99 for the Smart Fish — all these prices are the same or lower than Thrive’s regular “already discounted” price! Vitacost sends me coupon codes for 15-25% off regularly, often has rebate deals with Rakuten of 6-10% that stack with coupon codes, and sends stuff by 2-day FedEx free, with a $49 order — and NO MEMBERSHIP FEE. If Thrive’s welcome deal is at least equal to Thrive’s membership fee, then it’s mostly a wash, but I think I’d rather keep the $59.95 membership and spend it on stuff I need than have them spend it for me on “customer acquisition” perks. I recommend anyone thinking of joining Thrive do some price comparison with items you regularly buy.
I agree that I didn’t find their prices impressive. I joined for one month because I could get the 40% off (up to $30) and had a $20 back on a $100 purchase from AMEX. When I went to cancel, they extended my membership for 2 months. But I don’t expect to be buying from them again. I am also not concerned whether my canned tomatoes or pasta are organic, so there’s not a huge benefit to me.
I think that there are many people who might find this useful–for example, those who need gluten-free but live in an are where those products are tough to get.
I agree with you. People that have to follow strict diets like gluten free need this more than people that don’t have to follow strict diets.
I agree. I just can’t get over paying somebody to buy their products. Just isn’t worth it to me.
Thank you, I appreciate your honest opinion. I often look at these deals when they are posted on Hip2Save. I always check to see if it would be worth it for me or not, I eat 95% Paleo. And 100% gluten free and dairy free. I also cannot yet justify paying the membership, when like you said, price comparisons between, Vitacost, Walmart, target, Aldi and ANAZON! For me it, just doesn’t make sense. I am extremely savvy at finding deals and knowing where to buy the current items that I need to purchase, and I can definitely get a better deal other place than having to pay membership fee for this. It probably works out well for certain people that don’t have readily available products like this in their area. But you can definitely find better deals if you look around in most cases.
While their prices are comparable in the stores I will say I’ve been having a harder time finding gluten free options I need in stock in my local grocery stores so I’ve appreciated having a place that has them in stock!
I’ve been a member for years and love shopping with them. They often send coupons for 15-25% off and most days give a free gift with order. I fill my cart and wait till they are offering a free gift I want (the gift is often worth 15-25$). They have a house brand that is great quality. They have many things that Vitacost doesn’t. It really just depends what you are shopping for. I live in a rural area and don’t have a Whole Foods or Sprouts so I appreciate having access to the deals from Thrive.
I forgot to add that they do free shipping with $49 and that’s before the discount. So I do a $49 order, use 20% off code and end up paying around $40. They do Rakuten but I believe it’s only 1%
