I bought the Dyson airwrap after seeing videos of it. I was so disappointed!!! I tried it on my thin hair and my daughters thick hair and it was a dud on both. Once you get used to it, you realize that it doesn’t curl any better than a regular curling iron and the dryer attachment was far inferior compared to my $40 brush dryer. I returned it to Ulta and the lady at the counter told me that they get them returned all of the time🤷♀️
Can I ask which brush dryer you have? I’ve been looking at them on Ulta today to take advantage of the 20% off.
Sure! I have the Revlon Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer. I got it at Target on sale, I think. It’s great for my thin hair!
The Dyson Airwrap takes a while to get used to it. At first, I was so frustrated, but once you learn the trick, it gets easy. The set does not only have the curlers, but it has the hairdryer and the brushes attachments. The hairdryer attachment may be small but it does its job. My hair is thick and long and it takes less than 5 minutes to dry my hair.
I bought the Dyson blow dryer using the Sephora version of this coupon two years ago and it has changed my life for the better. So much less damage, such much faster to dry, and honestly it weighs way less then my old 15 year old blow dryer that was on its last legs. I cannot recommend it enough although it is expensive, to me it was worth the money. Also, Dyson usually will have some sort of set for the same price. Mine came with several full sized bottles of Ouai hair products that would have been right around $50 on their own so it was an even better deal. Usually, in store will have those boxes.
