I was wondering if you can have an overage when you shop at rite-aid? If I use the $5 cetaphil coupon with the in-ad coupon it should be over the sale price but their policy seems to sound like you can’t do this???? I was also hoping to do this with the dove deoderant that is on for 2/$3. I have two of the $2/1 coupons.

I’m sorry to break it to you ladies because I am a coupon shopper myself but you cannot get a coupon overage from rite aid. There are some great deals and you can get money back but only via the single check rebate program. In the coupon policy it states that if an item is on sale for .99 and the coupon is for $1.00, the casier is to manually enter the coupon for the sale price making it free, However, if the total sale is over that .99, the register will take the dollar off. The system is thankfully flawed but I can tell you from experience that you cannot end up with a negative amount…sorry…
