I was able to print 2 of the $5.00 off coupons.. You need to click and follow the tell me more about you (My Cetaphil) bottom page and then will take you to the survey after signing in or up.. Last thing will have to sign up for a newsletter then they will email you the $5.00 off .. Got it within couple of minutes.. Love this stuff! Thanks for posting..

Clicked the go button to the right of the girl in the yellow dress on the bottom left of the page to take survey. Survey is taking a really long time to load.
Register first, then fill out your profile from the email you receive. Then go and do the survey. After 20mins of stalling in 3 browsers I discovered the survey doesn’t finish if you didn’t do your profile. Honestly I didn’t select anything on my profile(skin type) I was just clicking around and the survey finally finished in the other window. It takes tons of patience.
The $2 Cetaphil Coupon was on page 5 for me in the Rite Aid weekly ad. If you’re not seeing it, then it may be regional.

I use only Cetaphil on my face at night, so this is great. Also, once these coupons are gone, Family Dollar makes a Cetaphil cleanser knock off that is just as great and is only $2 or $3 all the time!
Taking forever just to load the registration info… hope I get to it, we use only Cetaphil or the Up & Up knockoff, too.

Took the whole survey, keeps saying registration failed, won’t let me go to coupon
When does the coupon expire? And does it include facial bars? I can’t stand the smell (or sliminess!) of the liquid facial cleanser!
The coupon expires three months from date of print. I’m hoping for a Wags or CVS deal in that time. Cetaphil rarely goes on sale.
The coupon expires 18 May 10 and excludes antibacterial bar and cleansing bar.

At my stores the Cetaphil was all $13.99 or so no freebies for me.
I don’t think you will be able to use overage with Rite Aid. Their coupon policy states that they will not take coupons that are more than the value of the item being purchased. So you will be able to use the $4 one but not be able to combine it with the $2 one is my guess.
this is not worth the frustration. I dont even use this product, but i did want to try it. I’m not spending time on slow sites just for a coupon. Goodluck to everyone else. 😉
I only use Cetaphil and so I am extremely frustrated that I cannot get their website to load. I really need to buy more too, which just stinks!

Product is $8.19 at my Rite-Aid, so I paid $1.19 each. Went to Target, and you get an even better deal there. The product sells for 5.49–pay .49 total and don’t have to use a store coupon on top of it.

I’ve read all the comments regarding this coupon deal and have encountered the same problems. VERY Frustrating..and the website is very slow. I used the link in the last comment, and hopefully i will get a coupon in the mail. Is it just a coupon for Rite-Aid? I hope that’s not the case because there are no Rite-Aids near me. I can only use CereVe and Cetaphil on my face, so this coupon is really great.

I came across such resistance from Rite Aide employees to use the Cetaphil coupon! And they decided to tell me that I could not use 2 coupons (even though one was manufacturers and one was their own). It was so frustrating! From now on I am gong to carry Rite Aid’s coupon policy with me!

I printed my two coupons and it excludes the bars but I did score, from Target, the cleansing foam for .54 after the 5.00 off coupon. Hope this helps my teenage sons face.
