Alright, so the Register Reward deal I mentioned here actually works on the regular 3 Musketeers Bars– NOT just the Truffle Crisp: Buy 3 bars=$1RR or Buy 4 bars=$1.50RR
You can sweeten this deal even further because Walgreens currently has an in ad coupon for Mars candy bars (3 Musketeers bars are a Mars candy product) which will make each bar just $0.49! And the regular 3 Musketeers Bars are the correct size for the in ad coupon!

Buy four 3 Musketeers Bars
Use the Mars candy bar in ad coupon which will make each bar $0.49
Pay $1.96
Get back a $1.50RR
Final cost ONLY $0.46 total, just $0.15 per bar!

i plan on trying this today. I did buy the truffle kind the other day and the cashier told me that the regular candy bars don’t work with the RR. She said they (her and another employee) tried it and no RR. I’m going to see for myself, my son loves these candy bars!! My Walgreen’s flyer doesn’t state RR for Mars Candy. How will I know beforehand if I’m entitled to the free $?
It’s not for all Mars candy, just the in-ad coupon is for that… the RR is for 3 Musketeers and it’s a month long RR
could be good to roll with the month long chapstick too….
I tried the month-long chapstick yesteday (Vitamin Shtick) and it did not product a RR. It also rang up at $2.99 so I’ll be returning it. I also noticed once I got home that it is not listed under the month-long RR anymore, maybe Collin took it off because others had the same result? Good luck!

where did you find your bogo on the candy bars?
The chapstick rang up as $2.99 yesterday, does anyone know if that should be the correct price? I do see that the RR is a monthly deal for these, but the price is no longer $1.99
I had this same problem. It was $2.99 and no RR printed. Must have just been a weekly deal, not monthly.
The in-ad Q for the Mars DOES work on the truffles, even though it isn’t the right size. My cashier told me about it yesterday, I tried it and it works!
I have also done it with both the regular and the truffles, using the in-ad coupon. It worked on both also and I got the RR both times.

Glad it worked for you gals… the coupon wouldn’t scan & I had to pay $2.69 for all 4. The cashier said it won’t scan b/c it’s the wrong size. Since the line was long I just paid for it & left. They don’t taste good. I prefer twix =/ I told my DH I wanted my $ back after I took a bite.. he just laughed at me. I’m so into coupon mode full force that $2.69 was a big deal to me. LOL They’re worth .15 but not regular price =P’

The VitaminSchtick was a weekly deal. It is not on mega-saver anymore and does not generate an RR.
Yeah, why does everyone think this is still going on? Its dead, if ya wanted cheap, its dead. You might want to return it if you paid full price. Just a thought.:)

The in ad .49 coupon DOES WORK for the TRUFFLES, no beeps!!! Bought 4 & got back the $1.50 RR. Also the HUGGIES $3 RR is ROLLING!!!!!!! It rolled on Pull Ups blue pkgs & Red Huggie pkgs. Whoo Hoo!!!! 😛

Just shocked I had a great Cashier that really took her time with me and my 3 sep. orders and just the fact they had everything I came in to buy under 1 roof! Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.
Bought 4 regular 3M bars and got them for 0.49 with the in-ad coup, but it did NOT print RR afterward. Frustrating!
I do believe it’s only the truffle crisp bars that the cashier get incentives for though. That is the added bonus to adding these to your order, it helps the cashiers too!! I’ve been using them for fillers when my favorite cashier is there.
Ok, I did my Walgreen’s run last night. 3 Ocean Spray Cranberry Juices, using 2 – $1 manuf coupons from internet and 3- $.50 coupons from Walgs In Store Booklet, 5 – 3 Musketeer Bars with in ad coupon, 2 Ritz Crackers with $2/2 manuf coupon from internet and my $6 RR. Total bill was $.47. + I got an RR for the musketeers of $1.50. I made $$$$.
Now can I use this RR to purchase more musketeer bars? Or does it have to be applied to a different item?
mine wouldn’t let me use the $2/2 on the crackers because it went over the amount of the item! It was very frustrating!
I went to 2 different Walgs and they both accepted the $2/2 coupon for Ritz Crackers. I would have had them call a mgr and tell them you would pay the 2 cent difference!

I purchased 3 truffle bars this afternoon with the in ad coupon…….took off that discount but no RR…….what went wrong??
At my Walgreens it was advertised at the Register to use the in-ad coupon for the regular 3Musketeers and buy 4 get a $1.50 RR. So I think the cashiers get an incentive for those ones too. It was even advertised “$0.46 ea after Register Rewards.” So for everyone not getting the RR when you buy these, I would ask about it!
just got back from Wags and bought 3 of the regular 3 Musketeer’s, not the truffles. They are on sale for 3/$2, used the in-ad coupon for 49 cents each, and got back a $1 RR…15 cent each, as Collin said. Woohoo, this deal rocks. Each of my kiddos will be getting a cheap, but very yummy, candy bar for Valentine’s Day. Thanks Collin!!!
