Kmart has a pretty sweet $10 Mastercard rebate available! Purchase $25 worth of P&G Products in a single transaction (before coupons) and get back a $10 prepaid Mastercard. To score this rebate, you’ll need to first find the tear pad rebate form located inside Kmart (pictured above), then make sure your form is postmarked by 4/17/10.

My only advice here is watch the coupons being scanned. I had 6 coupons and only 5 showed up, it’s like the 6th one didn’t scan at all. I didn’t catch it until it was too late and the lady told me that only 5 can be scanned per transaction (even thought the 6th would not double)…..which doesn’t make sense to me. but be aware.
Oh my goodness, that K-Mart double is so ridiculous. I went yesterday with only five coupons once I know their rules, I got 5 Dove deodorants which is $3.79 each and I have 5 $2 coupons which is double to $4. The cashier wanted the manager to approve it LOL, now he came and said we have to do it one by one (I mean one transaction per deodorant), so we have to do five times and of-course I did not get my $5 Catalina Coupon when buying 5 doves product. OK I went back to another K-Mart to do the Oral-B toothbrushes and I have $2 should be doubled to $4, and the toothbrush is $2.79 each. The cashier freaks out, she said, you can’t buy these toothbrushes for only $2.79 each and with $4 worth coupon. And I said, that’s not my fault, it is your double and figure it out…she called the manager, here comes a little ugly foreign looking vicious manager and first thing he said “We won’t give you any money back”…oh my goodness..I said I am not expecting any money, I’m here with a $2 coupon that should be double by K-Mart and I have my product here for that honorable coupon, finally the little dude lower his little spikey voice and told the cashier to adjust the coupon “duh”. I don’t think I will waste my time with this kind of double anymore. I think they advertise something else and when customer goes in, it’s a different scenerio LOL
yes, Kmart is ridiculous sometimes! I can’t really complain too much, but I also bought 5 dove items, used the appropriate coupons, and completed my transaction. No Catalina printed. (and there was a sign that advertised this deal with pictures of deodorant, shampoo, cond, etc.) So, I went over to customer service, and told them my cat. didn’t print, and I had spent well over $15 before tax. She replied with, “well, our coupons are doubling this week, so they won’t give you another coupon to spend on those products because of that”….
What does double coupons have anything to do with Catalinas? I just told her thank you and left, I didn’t really feel like fighting it. 🙂

I live in the Chicagoland area (where the coupon is actually valid) and they are taking it. I used it as recently as yesterday.
I had trouble yesterday using a 6th coupon even though I knew it would not double. I think there system is wonked out and is only taking 5 coupons, regardless of whether or not they are being double. I am going to give this a try though!
This is a great deal! I’m not going to do it though, since I have 2 boxes of unopened tampons at home. I’m trying to be choosy about how I use my 5 coupons per day. Also, a heads up on the $10/$20 coupon…there is a sign on the front door of my Kmart (Tallahassee, FL) stating that coupon was fraudulent and they won’t accept it. Just fyi.

well i went yesterday to kmart and i was surprised at the experience i had. everything was clean, there was actually products in stock at least half left, and the cashier was super friendly. there were signs about coupons doubling. very pleased this time. i think kmart had a wake up call after the $10 off $20 coupon problems.
The $10 off $20 coupon was only meant for the Chicagoland area stores. That’s why some of these stores out of Illinois are saying the coupon is fraudulent. We actually received our coupon in an email from Kmart. My coupon has not been denied and neither has my husband’s coupon. It is legitimate in the Chicago area.
I’m new to couponing. How do you get the 5 $2/1 coupons from the 3/7 PG? Can you copy the coupon or did you have to buy 5 newspapers? Can these be found online?
I found a tearpad at kmart but it was not a form, it said the form would print out at the register. Is this the same or different? I think also the gillette was included so the free body wash may work too if you don’t have that many tampax coupons.
Hi Stephanie! Mine was different than yours. It was the same as Collin had pictured. The form is on the back. They were located all over my store, but mainly in the health and beauty areas, by all of the P&G products. And they are pretty small, maybe 4×6 inches at most. HTH!

For those that asked about the BOGO coupon – Kmart registers attach a BOGO coupon to BOTH items (the one you buy and the one you get free) so using another $ off coupon on the one you buy never works – it will ALWAYS beep and say something like you didn’t purchase the item. I have argued and never had a cashier (OR MANAGER!) put it through.
I agree. What state are you in? I am in Missouri and have experienced the same thing.
I just used a BOGO coupon there yesterday, with another coupon to be doubled for the non-free item, and it worked just fine. Maybe they have fixed their system recently?

The Kmart in my area would not let me use more than one coupon for the same item for doubling. Also they made me do two transactions because I had a couple of other coupons that were not going to be doubled. They told me their computers are kind of crazy today. I hope some of you can get this awesome deal!!!

Ask friends, neighbors, family for their inserts once they are finished looking through them! My dh works where he has access to a pile of papers and when he goes in on Monday morning, is able to grab any leftover inserts for me, sometimes up to 10!
If its a good coupon like the recent $3 snuggle coupon, I do purchase them online. I have used dede coupons,ebay, and the coupon master. There are other’s out there and some have a minimum dollar amount you have to order. Dede’s not only has individual coupons, but the whole insert.

no you can’t. i tried that. the one for 44.9 is a 20 ct and you have to buy 36 ct to get BOGO deal 🙁

I think it needs to be clarified wheather your Mastercard can be used anywhere or ONLY at Kmart. That happened to my friend and she had to use it at Kmart and HAD to use it on candy.
I got the $10 gift card from the Pieces candy promotion a few months ago and used it today without any problem on my Dove deodorants. The front says that it is for candy, but the fine print on the back shows that it is a standard gift card that can be used at any Sears, Kmart, etc. property.
The rebate form says that it can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
My store (In Cary, NC) let me do the Dove deal with the $5 catalina yesterday so I was all excited and tried to buy the $25 in P&G today to get the $10 rebate. After waiting forever in the store because no one knew how I was suppose to get the rebate I called corporate and they don’t know either. WHAT?!?! How can no one in at KMArt know about this promotion. Anyway, there weren’t any tear pads in my store and I think the rebate only prints if you spend $25 after coupons.
I, too, have decided to forego the KMart doble coupon extravaganza. LOL For those of you having success, great. But there have been so many complaints on every blog I have visited, I wonder, is it worth it? We get so many free items and great deals throughout the year at Rite Aid, WAGS, Target, etc.(while shopping leisurely in a pleasant environment, I might add!) that it hardly seems worth the aggrivation that some of you have had to go through. The inconsistencies from store to store and uninformed cashiers and managers is disgraceful. It’s a wonder to me that KMart still even exists! My sincere good luck to all of you who are brave enough to venture out to KMart and participate! 🙂
I hear ya Rosie! I am baffled that anyone who has experienced a problem with coupons at KMart would attempt a purchase there again especially during this event which has so many ridiculous rules. I hate KMart. I will not shop there. I have had numerous problems at my local store without coupons. For the people who have never had a problem—that’s great! I just would rather not “waste my time” with the store. I do love my Walgreens!!! Never a problem there.
AMEN! My sentiments exactly, how can absolutely NO ONE (not even a MANAGER) know what is going on, EVER???? Its utterly ridiclous and I thought only young dingy girls played the ‘dumb’ card but nope its apparently a whole corporation-KMART! They should have went under years ago (didn’t they file Chapter 11 or something?) and I will put it out there, GASTONIA, NC Kmart is ridiclous to the tenth power!!!!!
When I first heard about the “double coupon” event an Kmart I thought this was great. Then….I googled it and read about all the problems people were having with Kmart. I’m not participating in the event now. It’s not worth it. To add to it, I live 20 min. from a Kmart and my husband and I share one car.

You have to get 5 newspapers, or like others suggested get them from friends or family.
I walked in today (had to go to the PO, and Kmart is in the same strip mall), grabbed 5 items, price checked everything first (a few things did not have sales tags), walked to the register, gave my rewards card. No issues or anything with doubling and the cashier said I did a real good job! for $1.20 (.50+.70tx) I bought –
1 bottle of All detergent ($4, free after $2/1 cpn)
2 Cross Action Tbs (2/$7, free after $2/1 cpn)
1 ziploc container (2.50, .50 after $1/1 cpn)
1 SoftScrub (2.99, free after 1.50/1 cpn)
I could not find the P&G rebate form tearpad anywhere in my store. Has anyone found the rebate form online somewhere? Do you think it has to be an original tearpad page or could someone scan it in and send it to me??
So, has it been confirmed that it is $25 in products BEFORE coupons? I looked on the rebate & it doesn’t specify, but on a recent rebate (I think the Georgia Pacific one) – it said really small print that the products had to total $25 AFTER all discounts & coupons. (of course after I already mailed it in…so I hope they accept it).
I went to K-Mart today. I had 5 coupons 2 $2/1 and 3 $1.25/1 for Dove. I used 5 coupons in one transaction. They all doubled. My OOP was $4.50 or so. I got the $5 coupon. I also used a GC to pay the amount. No problems. I went to the pharmacy to get a $25 GC with my prescription and there I had a problem. I only got $14 GC even though the coupon says amount to be reimbursed is co-payment and what the insurance is charged. The pharmacy gave me an attitude when I questioned it. I did not deal with it. I tried to do the proctor and gamble deal but my K-Mart did not have the pads for the rebate and there were not posted any where. I did the Dove deal instead. Overall, 5 deoderents with no OOP, $5 catalina, and a $14 GC which is more than Target $10 GC prescription this week. I do plan on going to K-Mart every day this week but I am not going to let things bother me. I will go with plan A and plan B and plan C. The woman at the service desk is really, really nice. I don’t think K-Mart corporate has really advised them about all of these sales properly. The woman helped the cashier do my purchase and she was so nice! K-Mart has some limitations but I have gotten some good deals from them on occasion especially last Xmas. I understand people’s frustrations but I also think about the people who work there and there are some nice ones. The people at my K-Mart try hard and I like them.
I don’t want K-Mart to go out of business. There are people who have worked there for a long time. I don’t want them to lose their jobs.
I absolutely LOVE the Kmart Doubles. I don’t mind the 5 coupon limit. Yes, it was nice when the limit was 10, etc. But, now I’m a little choosier about what I throw in my cart. No grocery stores double in my state and I’m just happy that Kmart is continuing on with the doubles.
I went to the Gastonia, NC K-mart forgot to scan the card none of the coupons doubled. Went in today to fix it and they said they couldn’t because I wouldn’t give them more of the coupons. Should I just return the items and purchase again. It cost me over $15. TIA
So, I went to Kmart, bought some P & G stuffs, spent $15, and saved $10 with the coupons. Then I went to the customer service for the rebate form. They told me that I am NOT QUALIFIED, because I needed to spend $25 after the coupons. But it doesn’t specify that on the AD, though. 🙁
I had a successful trip to my KMart in Greensboro, NC for the Tampax deal.
Tommy, the Terms and Conditions on the back of the rebate form says you have to make a $25 purchase of any P&G in one transaction. It does not state anything about before or after coupons. Hope this helps.

I am not a Kmart shopper or have been there since 2 years ago…but with the $10/20 coupon that is allowed here in MD and with the double coupons…..I managed to grab $160 worth of products for $9 (to name a few — Scott 6-mega rolls, Downy Detergent, Woolite, Gain Detergent, Glade and Febreze Spray, Lysol, windex, Scrubbing bubbles, Soft Scrub, Clorox, Crest Toothpaste, Oral-B toothbrush, Kiss and Broadway Nails, etc.) – pretty much all tax and cents oop!! Will be a total Kmart shopper this entire week for sure!! 😀
Oh and that is before rebates and catalinas….
after everything I’ll end up getting everything for free…w000hoo! 😀
What I did instead of the Tampax deal:
I used 3 $2 Pantene Nature Fusion Q’s (sent from Vocalpoint), 2 $2 Gillette Bodywash Q’s, and then one BOGO Oral B Advantage Q for the $2.79 toothbrushes on sale.
So Pantene $4.35 x 3, Gillette $4 x 2, Oral B $2.79 x 2 = $26.63+tax
After Q’s it was $3.84 for the products + $1.86tax = $5.70 then submit for the rebate and it was a $4.30 MM !

In my husbands transaction we got 6 free cans of Mighty Dog (using the $2 Q off coupons.com) since there was one variety on sale for 60 cents, free taster’s choice packets, and really cheap WetOnes since I had a coupon from a pack of batteries for $1 off WetOnes. They were 49cents after they doubled.
I think I’m going back tonight after my husband gets off work!
You can make the tampax deal even better with the BOGO coupons. Get 2 packs (whatever the qp specifies), hand over your doubled coupons first (only does the first 5) and then do all the bogo coupons you have. I did this yesterday with the head and shoulders and gillette razors and the toothbrushes. Got $70 worth of stuff for a little under $20 and now I will submit for the rebate and get my $10 back.
I had a bittersweet experience today at Kmart. I went in and decided to check out the $10 mastercard deal. I brought 6 H&S shampoos/conditioners. They had the 2/$9 deal and I had my bogo and a $1 off coupon. I was planning on using the latter three on the double deal. The cashier said, “which ones would you like to use.” I said, “Oh, just the $1 because I can’t double the bogo.” She then went on to tell me they only take 5 coupons–PERIOD! Not just doubling coupons, but all coupons. 5. Then she went on to explain the $10 MC deal. She told me that I had to spend $25 AFTER coupons. . . I still got some great deals after being frustrated in the store for an hour! They have some crazy HIGH prices…. Did anybody else have the cashier tell them that it had to be $25 after coupons? 🙁
I went to the Kmart in Syracuse,Ut on tuesday night. I drove aobout 20-25 mins w/ my kids…only to find out the P&G rebate is for a $25 purchase AFTER coupons! 🙁 It seemed as though the cashiers had no idea what was going on. The tearpad was nowhere to be found. They had a P&G tearpad which had expired march 20th. I was told the rebate form was supposed to print at the end of the transaction..but they had been having problems w/ it actually printing. I ended up buying 2 boxes of cereal, a couple of toothbrushes and a bottle of Tums for a little over $4. They were sold out of everything else I could have gotten for free. Not bad of a deal, but definitely not worth the time I spend there, nor the time I spent driving there.
Pedigree Dentistix are on sale for $3.99. I used the $2/1 to get two packs for free!
Also Crest ProHealth toothpaste was marked as 2/$6 at my store so I got 1 and used a $1.50/1 Q and didn’t realize until I got home that the toothpaste rang up as $3.99. So I am unsure if for those 2 for $$ sales that you actually have to buy 2 to get it. bummer.
oh and the “Customer Service Manager” in Sanford, NC needs to go to a training! I forgot to give her my Shop Your Way card prior to coupons and she freaked out and literally slammed my items on the counter denting my febreeze can!!!!! I had a incrediably horrible experience at this store. The Kmart in the city I’m from (Greensboro, NC) is much different and was excited about my amazing deal with the Tampax.
Moral of the story: make sure to hand your rewards card over prior to item and coupons!!! They are “not required to ask”.
Anyone have extra copies of the tear pad rebate? My Kmart is lazy, and won’t put up anything like that, and when I asked the manager he ignorantly said it was a Catalina that would print at the end! There were NO tearpads for the current P&G promo…just the ones from March’s promo…no catalina printed, so I went to Cust Service Desk and the woman didn’t know anything about the promotion. She looked in the ad and then told me what it said. I told her that’s how I knew about it and it says “See store for details…so I want the details. How do I get my mail in form?” She called someone who said that she thinks a catalina should print. I told her nothing printed, so she looked at my receipt “Oh, you only spent $9.38 so that’s why. You have to spend $25.” Meanwhile the lines are building up and I can see that obviously this KMart has no idea about the dang promo and is just pulling stuff outta their butts!! So, I smiled and said “Oh, my bad.” and left. I mean…I did just score a sweet deal with my coupons, so I can’t get toooo overheated. However, if I can have it all for free…WHY NOT?! LOL.
