I LOVE this stuff! I got a sample last time around & have used it the last 4 cycles in my dishwasher. I believe it acts as a softener to leave less spots. Well, it does what it says! We have really hard water & even w/ rinse agents we still have spots, especially on plastic. But not since we’ve used this! I’m a believer & so glad there’s another sample.
My only complaint is it takes up space in my utensil holder (mine fits on my door so it’s smaller)
