I’m trying to find which grocery stores sell this brand of Avocado. Anyone know?

  2. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    where’s the coupon? i don’t see it.

  3. Delene Yochum

Haas is the type of Avacado..I get mine @ Food Lion in NC

    • Amanda Bornich

I’m wondering if Wal-Mart carries them. I never pay attention to the label, except that most of them do come from Mexico.

  4. Amanda Bornich

I clicked on an arrow off to the side of the tabs, and it said coupon

  5. Alyssa

    Woo Hoo! FREE AVOCADO!!!!!!!!!

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh my gosh it’s a PDF. What were they thinking?

    • Celeste

I know, that is what I am thinking too! Crazy!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

my thoughts exactly! and it doesnt expire until12/31/10!!!!

    • hmolah

I know, I wonder how many we can print/use? That is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!

      • BuddysPal

LOL! The Pringles Scam is playing in the back of my mind.

    • BuddysPal

I just checked Cents-off.com…. It’s not listed there as being fraudulent… yet, anyway…. Pringles isn’t there either. 🙂

  7. Yolanda

I live in San Antonio, Tx and our stores don’t accept printable coupons with free on them. They have to say B1G1 free, is that true? Does anybody know, last time I had printed out the libbys free can and I just used my ink for nothing. I could not redeem that coupon anywhere!!!

  8. Alison

I’ve had problems with my grocery store taking an internet coupon for a free item. Anyone else?

    • Elise

Absolutely! Most stores around me won’t take this. I’ll print a couple and keep my fingers crossed 🙂

    • ashley

My grocery stores won’t accept any IP with “free” on it

  9. Delene Yochum

I’ve never had a problem with Walmart accepting printed coupons

  10. rebate queen

    live now!

  11. Elise

I’m not seeing the coupon at all. I don’t see it under the arrow to the right either. Any ideas? Did it get pulled?

    • BuddysPal

I found it under the Arrow — said “free coupon”. (I’m not going to print it, though… Stores here don’t take IPs for FREE items… unless it’s a BOGO.)

      • Elise

I’ve even had problems at some stores accepting a BOGO – they tell me it’s still for a “Free” product. Bummer!

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Got it! Thanks!

  13. Megan♥

HOLY CRAP! A PDF!?!?!?! Save that sucker NOW. lol

    • Xenia

it doesnt allow me to save 🙁 how do I save it?

    • sea girl

can you email me the .pdf?? i got to it too late 🙁

    • sea girl

can you email me the .pdf?? i got to it too late 🙁

      lohroc@yahoo.com

  14. BuddysPal

Stores here don’t take IPs for FREE items. They will accept BOGOs, however. This Q prints out “FREE”, huh? That’s the info I was waiting to hear… I’m not going to print it. 🙁

  15. ashley

I wonder is they have the kind at walmart? Tops and wegmans won’t accept IP with “free” on them…

  16. Lisa

    It’s a pdf…
    could be good or bad…

  17. Deb

SAVE IT TO YOUR DESKTOP, KIDS!!!
    Print away!!!!!

  18. Liz

Anyone else notice that is says “Store Coupon” and not manufacturer coupon? How is it a store coupon if you can use it anywhere?

I’m saving it since it is a PDF, but I don’t want to attempt to use a fake coup.

  19. Brea

Collin, is there anyway to validate this Q? A Free PDF Coupon???? Seems fishy. Also, did anyone notice it says “Store Coupon” and it starts with a 5. Why doesn’t it say Manufacture’s Coupon?

    • Brea

Since anyone can create a facebook page, I went to the website directly and emailed info@avocadosfrommexico.com asking for them to verify the coupon. If anyone else wants to email them, that might help us find out faster.

    • BuddysPal

Wow, I didn’t look at the Q — because (1) I’m not going to print it; (2) I didn’t want to give that site my personal info (and let them into my page) in like of the Pringles (possible) scam…. BUT that’s really interesting info! Sounds fishy to me too.

Cents-off.com lists fraudulent Qs that are known… I suspect if it doesn’t show up there, it’s OK. We’ll see.

      • Brea

When they want my personal info, I use my alias facebook account that’s got nothing for them to get. 😉

        • ashley

I think it’s legit the company’s website has a link to the facebook page. Plus lots of smaller company’s use P.O. boxes. Just a novice mistake making it a pdf.

  20. brooke lane

so excited about this coupon!! yummmy.. the only thing that stinks is it says only one per store visit. which i guess i can live with one free avocado per week 🙂

  21. Wendy

It printed out HUGE for me, as in it takes up a whole page! Does anyone else have this issue?

    • Heidi Leigh

I always zoom out so it prints smaller.

    • MichelleA

you can change that on your printer settings (something like “shrink to fit”) or similar. mine printed normal coupon size by doing so!

  22. Lorri

yikes! pdf! Remember KFC?? I think this one will be a problem

  23. Kathie M

I’m with Liz and Brea. It says store coupon then says to submit to HAAS for the stores money back. Lets make sure this is real. If anyone hears anything please let us know!

  24. Alicia

no more coupons they have reached their limit.

    • BuddysPal

How do they reach their limit on a .pdf?

  25. Rhonell Brown

There were some questions raised on the facebook page about it being printed in PDF form. Although the page stated they only had 5000 coupons, there were discussions that the PDF coupon could be saved and printed over and over again, creating a problem at the stores. Also, instead of saying manufacturer coupon, it says store coupon at the top! On top of that, it took a good while for them to say they ran out. Have you ever tried for live freebies before? They ran out in seconds. Can someone please check on this and make sure it’s not a phishing scam? THANKS!

  26. Erin

says the 5,000 free avacados are gone. 🙁

    • Megan♥

You mean that 5,000 people downloaded the PDF. Lets just say that every single one of those people just keeps it and doesn’t publish it or email it or whatever. Each of the 5,000 people go to the grocery store 2X per week for the next 13 weeks, and use that coupon once per trip. That company just gave away 130,000 avacados. And they *think* they’re giving away 5,000. ??? And that’s assuming a lot of things. They have lost thier freaking minds publishing a PDF like that. Oh well.

  27. Erin

says the 5,000 free avocados are gone. 🙁

  28. Karin

I missed this awesome coupon! Darn. 🙁

  29. mouni

I find this to be suspicious as well. It also has a P.O box for the store to get their money back. Aren’t they supposed to have a regular address?

  30. Rita

my internet is running slow all of a sudden…i have a bad feeling.

    • dawn

i have a bunch of malware on my computer now. do a scan.

  31. Rhonell Brown

There is another facebook page for Amazing Avocado – https://www.facebook.com/avocadosfrommexico
I’ve already unliked the page the coupon was presented on. I usually pass on coupons that you have to like a Facebook page for. Wish I had stuck to that principle today.

    • laura

how do you unlike them? thanks!

      • Karen

while logged in on FB go to the page you want to unlike
        https://www.facebook.com/theamazingavocado
and look on the left-hand column near the bottom …click where it says UNLIKE
(right above the Share button usually)

        • laura

          thanks so much!!!

  32. monica

    gone so fast, bummer

  33. Takako

Hope everyone likes an avocado( for FREE! ) . I would make shrimp avocado salad. Yummy! 🙂

  34. AM

  35. BOO HOO HELP

  36. tina

I wonder if anyone has used the coupon yet???

  37. Amanda Bornich

I first tried at Wal-Mart to use this coupon today, but the avocado wasn’t the correct brand. Then, I went to Cub Foods, where they let me use it, even though it beeped.

  38. tina

I was able to use it at Kroger’s (Fry’s), it beeped of course. At first the cashier goes it’s not the right avocado, and then I showed him the sticker and he was able to use the coupon.

  39. melanie

Could someone please email me the PDF please please please. busyfeet@yahoo
    Thanks in advance!

  40. Michelle

hi I wasn’t able to get the pdf on time, could some one please email to me as well. thanks! emichh4@gmail.com

  41. Patty

I was just able to print it now. I used these last time they were offered in September.
